Our Story
Blue Med Living started with a simple observation: traveling nurses and healthcare professionals take on 8–13 week hospital assignments constantly — and their housing options are stuck between two bad choices. An extended-stay hotel is expensive and impersonal. A short-term rental built for tourists usually isn't set up for someone working rotating 12-hour shifts, and plenty of landlords won't even consider a lease shorter than a year.
At the same time, property owners with a vacant or underperforming rental are dealing with their own bad choices — the uncertainty of tenant turnover, vacancy months, and the hassle of managing renters directly. We built Blue Med Living to close that gap on both sides: a professional corporate tenant for owners, and real, livable housing for the people who show up to work in hospitals every day.
