The Model
Blue Med Living operates on a corporate master lease — we sign, we pay, we manage. You never deal with individual tenants directly.
You lease to one corporate tenant — Blue Med Living — instead of sourcing, screening, and managing individual renters yourself.
We sign the lease, pay rent via ACH on the 1st regardless of our occupancy, carry insurance naming you as Additional Insured, and furnish and maintain the unit.
Traveling nurses and healthcare professionals sign a guest agreement with us — background-checked by their hospital employer, on assignments averaging 91 days.
